Liked: Only COMPLAINT I have is not a Fairfield Complaint but i’ve got to throw this in there. These third-party booking companies are totally totally totally BS.

Ok location, and friendly staff....

Liked: Property was nice, but there was blood on the sheets on one of the bed and a pair of nasty shoes in the drawer. Breakfast--Need more staff to accommodate the number of guests. Way too long of lines and food was empty most of the time. Also you should add an additional 1 or 2 waffle makers.
Disliked: The blood on the sheets that we didn't notice until THE SECOND NIGHT OF OUR STAY. Also, the nasty shoes in the drawer. Breakfast was not pleasing-- nothing stocked. Waited a long time for anyone working to refill. Line for waffles was too long. Didn't get to enjoy breakfast because the lines were too long and other non- hot items were all out.

Liked: Location sat right next to the Patoka river had a nice walk bridge then went across the river close to a real nice breakfast and lunch restaurant
Disliked: Their breakfast wasn’t very good and other than that you had to drive to get to anything else

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: The location didn’t offer enough parking, we had to park in a different area near the hotel. We were woken up by the housekeepers having loud conversations in the hallway at 6am.

I don’t think I’d stay...

Liked: I like the location.
Disliked: I think it was overpriced for the quality of the rooms. We had a sink that would not drain in the bathroom. The walls are paper, thin and you could hear everybody around you. Very disappointed we paid one price for the suite. Very angry that my daughter got reamed for smaller room and had to pay $600 for two nights. This hotel was not worth $600 for two nights.
