Liked: Property very convenient to my travel schedule of accounts in Jax area. Rooms were clean and AC was cold. Breakfast host was wonderful…didn’t catch her name but she was very friendly and deserves recognition.
Disliked: I booked this property through Booking.com I was given a total amount of purchase when I checked out. However, when I received my ledger the hotel charged me parking at $5.00 a day!!! Who does that in a business park???? I travel all over the east coast and mostly Florida and have never had a “open air” business park hotel of any kind charge me for parking! It’s not even the money…it’s the principle of gouging me…the business traveler. This parking was not included in my checkout of booking.com but your management informed me it was listed under amenities on booking.com….I still haven’t seen it and why was it not included in checkout final price? This is terrible a terrible business practice so any savings I might have incurred using booking.con was recouped by the management of this hotel. I will never stay there again and will no longer be a patron of your Brand. And for the record….management didn’t even take my vehicle information so they had no idea I had a car or if I flew in and took Uber. You just lost a customer who spends many nights out on the road in Florida and it’s not the $10 but principle.
