Very help ful staff

Liked: Staff was very helpfull and profesional.On the down side, there was a lot of hair on my towels and in the bathroom floor.
Disliked: Room sice, location and service.

Hotel with potential but badly...

Liked: Big clean suite with comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with good shower with sufficient water pressure.
Disliked: Wifi did not function and staff was not interested in solving the problem which apparently already existed the day before we checked in. Food containers in breakfast area were filthy. Also this complaint was not taken seriously. No management on site to address the problems. Despite an email reminder two days after checking out, still waiting for any response from management. Completely unworthy of a Mariott hotel. This place needs new management who values paying customers.
