Good location, experience lacking

Liked: The room was super quiet, it was easy to get a good night sleep. The room is spacious (we had a king suite with pullout sofa bed for 4 of us). The front desk was helpful and the location was conveniently right off the freeway.
Disliked: The hallway to our room smelled like weed. The A/C was squeaking when blowing. The bed was not comfortable. I dealt with all of that pretty good, but the breakfast was the most disappointing. The waffle maker needs to be replaced, it does not thoroughly cook them, and they stick no matter how much non-stick spray you use.
