We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel was convenient to all of our activities, such as shopping, casino and the Soul Food Fest at 3919 Lafayette Road. We enjoyed dinner at Fridays, also the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators got stuck; paying for parking.

Disliked: No toiletries in the bathroom. Had to use shower gel from inside the shower to wash hands at the sink. Breakfast was basic and the coffee was horrid.

Disliked: Our room was right across from the elevator. People are noisy

My stay was very good.

Liked: It was close to the convention center, the rooms were clean, the staff was very courteous, and I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning.
Disliked: Occasionally I had to scour the parking garage to find a decent spot to park my car. However, that isn’t the fault of Fairfield or JW Marriott; it merely comes with the territory when you’re in the heart of the city. C’est la vie.

Liked: The location, cleanliness of the room, and the professionalism and courtesy given to my family and by Brooklyn. She was vey helpful to our needs during our stay. Also, the hotel was 5 minutes from the event we went to in the evening.
Disliked: The parking garage was hard to navigate in order to find a parking space. When we returned from our evening event it took me 30 minutes driving in circles to find a parking space.
