Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were both disgusting.

Glad I didn’t pay more...

Liked: Liked how we were able to have a good breakfast and enjoy the swimming area. Very clean we enjoyed it. Rooms were nice and clean and after forgetting a few items they did hold it for us to go back and get them. Checkout went smoothly staff is friendly.
Disliked: The room situation could have been better. When I spoke with the manager they said we would have rooms together and the handicap room was going to be a king room. Each person had a designated room and they completely messed it up. Struggled with grandpa getting in and out of bed, and into the shower. Was really disappointed, we managed to make it work, but everyone was on different floors and thats not what i got told was going to happen. Reservations were made a momth in advance and after you speak with a manager and you specifically ask for a accommodation like that you would expect it to get handled, which wasn't.
