Be aware of incompetent staff
Liked: Bed was comfy, they allowed us a late check out
Disliked: I booked and paid on booking. Com, then when we arrived at the property they charged us again, we were told it would get refunded , we then got charged again. I made four international phone calls , paid close to $800 nzd for one night and was told it would take up to 10 days to receive a refund .We did get the refund but with the exchange rate differing we didn’t get the full amount refunded .Totally incompetent staff . I would not stay again and would advise anyone to be aware .The young shuttle driver was rude.

Liked: Friendly shuttle drive and front desk staff. Nice clean rooms, and a comfy bed. Nice continental breakfast and eating area.

I deserve a refund!
Liked: Close to airport.
Disliked: The beds were very lumpy. The sofa was terribly stained. The TV in front of the two beds did not work. In the morning there was no cold water only scalding hot from the shower and sink in the hot and cold tap. Refrigerator was dirty. The room was booked for 4 people and there were only 3 towels and two face cloths.
