Liked: Thought it would be nicer

Get in sleep and run...

Liked: The location of the original facility was my choice. The location of the alternative location was not even close to my satisfaction for safety concerns with my family.
Disliked: Bad location, the feeling of being unsafe, the quality of the location, the smell, and over all upkeep of the location was poor.

New management driving this place...

Liked: Our king suite was spacious and located very near Hobby airport. Easy to get on the highway and explore Houston.
Disliked: Issues with check in and wasn't able to reach a manager until the last day, unprofessional front desk staff having personal conversations on the phone their whole shift. No breakfast being served, no housekeeping during your stay.

Disliked: Someone stole my truck in the parking lot in front of the hotel door, they said that the camaras doesn't recorded, I hope they can do something for me, this pas today June 19 2025

Disliked: dirty room, I bought it with breakfast and there was simply no breakfast, reception with cockroaches, small bathroom towels, microwave does not work and several other problems.
