Liked: When arrived i was given room 607 the ac was broken the host took over 30 mins to give me a new set of keys ..then I was given keys to room 610 which had ants. The cleaning service knocked on room door to clean room we advised we a out to leave and she can come when we leave. We arrived back to the room 4 hours later and the room was still dirty. So I can the front desk she advised someone was coming it took over an hour we left went to pool to only return to sheet pulled on bed bathroom half cleaned the room was still a mess just was unhappy with stay
Disliked: The ac not working , the ants , room wasn't cleaned properly

Quiet and nice

Liked: The hotel was incredibly quiet during my overnight, far more quiet than a sister property near the airport. I enjoyed that.

Liked: Staff was very pleasant and accommodating as always, we were treated very nicely as always, and parking was free :).
Disliked: We've stayed at the hotel plenty of times, and this weekend, you ran out of breakfast before 9:30, which was very unlike the admin. Also noticed the hallways outside the rooms were very humid/hot.Thank you
