Disliked: We stayed in room 410. There appeared to be a reddish/ brown stain throughout the entire room. It was on the floors, window curtains, ceiling, walls etc. it resembled the look of dried blood which is extremely concerning. I was extremely uncomfortable in this room especially with a child. During checkout, I mentioned this to the desk staff to which she only replied “ we’ll check on that” . She did not offer any explanation or alternatives, just did not seem to care. I will never stay here again and would advise others not to as well.

Disliked: Front Desk Staff is Rude! They expect you to see a sign at their front desk when you book online! If you can do that...I'd be impressed! Housekeeping makes a flower out of the last 2 tissues in a box ...so, NO TISSUES IN ROOM! Wash cloths had a yellow tint...gross!
