Disliked: My name was in put backwards for some reason on booking.com ends. The hotel acted as they didn’t have my room that I booked a month in advance. They also weren’t receptive to helping me find a hotel since they didn’t get my booking. After 15 minutes they realized my name was backwards and was able to give me a room.
