Great staff.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.

After making a reservation at this property in early June for a mid August event, we arrived at the property only to find that we had been bumped from a smoking room to a non smoking room. We were told that our room was close to the front of the hotel and we could just go outside to smoke. Well I didn't appreciate their lack of consideration in this matter. We found other accommodations and am still waiting on my refund. If you want to be treated like a second class person, this is the hotel for you!

A little disappointing

Liked: The location is good, rooms are pretty clean
Disliked: Our bed was horribly uncomfortable, big dip on one side. The staff refuses to put out the non-dairy creamer. Only puts out half and half. The coffe was full of grounds for 2 mornings. We were supposed to get room clean up "every other day", but never got it once. Had to ask for clean towels each time. I saw cleaning lady, she does not vacuum rooms between guests.
