Great staff.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.

After making a reservation at this property in early June for a mid August event, we arrived at the property only to find that we had been bumped from a smoking room to a non smoking room. We were told that our room was close to the front of the hotel and we could just go outside to smoke. Well I didn't appreciate their lack of consideration in this matter. We found other accommodations and am still waiting on my refund. If you want to be treated like a second class person, this is the hotel for you!

Liked: The room and breakfast were fine.
Disliked: I prepaid through Booking.com and was reassured upon check-in that is was a prepayment and they only needed my card for incidentals. I found out the next day they had charged my card again for the stay. When I called to resolve it they told me they couldn't find the charge from Booking. This was despite the fact that I had an invoice from them that said I would be charged 0.00.

Liked: It's important for travelers to feel safe and have a clean place to stay. Front Desk personnel were so friendly and got us checked in super fast. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and we appreciated the person preparing the food. She was so nice.

Liked: Pretty good for a included breakfast. We’re here for a concert and location for the venue was perfect.
Disliked: . Ran out of coffee first morning and were slow to respond, BUT they were slammed. Still, coffee should always be priority lol.
