Liked: From the moment I walked in the front door of the Fairfield Inn, I was welcomed by very friendly, very helpful staff. The employee at the front desk made me feel so welcome. She went out of her way to answer questions about the area, giving me recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the employee serving us in the dining room was very hospitable and friendly. Thank you so much to the staff at the Fairfield Inn in Great Barrington, MA. Their hospitality and friendly service makes me want to come back in the future to this hotel.

Liked: It was clean, comfortable and had good amenities.
Disliked: We had a noisy family above us - the kids were running & jumping off beds during the evening and again at 7 AM. Very annoying and disruptive !!!

Enjoyable, convenient location.

Liked: Very clean. Nice breakfast choices, friendly staff.

OK, hotel fine, but Wi-Fi...

Liked: Breakfast was over by 9am, outrageous given that it was "included" in the $200+ room rate, about twice as much as other good hotels in Great Barrington
Disliked: Marriott Wi-fi Access system is grotesquely awful. IT department should all be canned.
