It’s next to the railroad...

Disliked: First and foremost the train comes by every 35-45 minutes throughout the night! At 3:35 AM the train blew it horn and that topped it off. The flooring near the restroom has an issue where it felt like you sunk in when you stepped on the floor. There were two dirty towels on the rack. Luckily I always check the towels before I use them. Breakfast was ok . Nothing to be excited about.

Exceptional

Liked: Easy access from I-40. Restaurants and gas services nearby. Affordable price. Professional and kind staff.
Disliked: Trains run all night and day.

We now know to inspect...

Liked: The front desk was good. May helped us check out and work with the problems in our room.
Disliked: THe television didn't work. They sent up someone qucily to fix, but he didn't get it to work. Not a huge issue because it was late. The bigger issue were the sheets in the bed. They had a huge brown stain on them. Unfortunately my husband didn't see it until the next morning because we dodn't have all the lights on and just crawled into bed.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good in terms of choices; room very clean and comfortable; and hotel is fairly close to a good restaurant (El Rancho Hotel).
Disliked: Breakfast eggs were pretty tasteless.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Few plugs in room,wifi didnt work,bathroom had no fan and wasnt the cleanest

Disliked: The hotel is like 20 ft away from railway track so we were able to slee

Liked: Excellent
Disliked: Absolutely nothing

Liked: cleanliness and location. Actually we loved everything there
