Not worth the money, shame...

Liked: I’ve seen a thousand times better FI&S in other cities (12)it that Galesburg is losing it’s people poor population. dosen’t fit the real standard and even management saidyour 5% above it really isn’t enough. I over herd the staffmeeting. Management needs to close it down!
Disliked: Sad, AC in room 200 is flooding the carpet!

Comfortable and convenient for our...

Liked: Convenient location midway between Lake Shorey Beach Park and downtown Ottawa. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast hours were on the early side and so we weren't able to take advantage of it. Even extending to 10am would help.

Good place to stay.

Liked: Excellent. Eggs and sausage patties were good. Many people took advantage of the waffle station.

Liked: Not much to like. Our visit was bad from the beginning to the end
Disliked: Did not have the correct number of beds. Then we had found dirty under wear in our new room after they messed up our check in

Liked: The beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There were stains on the shower curtain, hair in the sink that definitely wasn’t ours considering neither of us have that hair color, stains in the tub and dust and dirt on the chair - worn / peeling on chair. Crumbs everywhere. Way over priced!
