Nice but small

Liked: The rooms were clean and the rooms ac worked good. TV was nice size and bed was comfy. The bathrooms are nice size and clean. Staff was super nice and lobby was nice.
Disliked: The rooms were kind of small, and had a smell sometimes. The breakfast was nice just not a lot of options with HOT food, plenty of fruits and cold stuff but wish the Hot foods were more. Lots of different breads. Cleaning smell was very strong in lobby but we might have got there when they had just done the floors so no big deal. This is great for a couple to go to, but we had our son, was a little cramped with us in the small room.

Excellent location, friendly staff, excellent...

Liked: Location was excellent and easy to find on GPS. Good parking facilities.Some items on cooked breakfast would be more welcome.
Disliked: No dinner facilities available. However, there were several places nearby to have lunch and dinner as it was a University town.
