Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Pool was closed due to not working it was nasty amd green couldn't get in to work out room with key and there was a hair in the eggs at breakfast and anytime you turned tv off in room the one in the small living area would come on turn it off and then one in bedroom would come on who puts 2 tv in a close vicinity exactly same brand same remote.the 2cd night people next to us was so loud banging things off the walls and running through out the room got no sleep was so glad to check out that morning and leave I'm not happy spending over 400 bucks to stay in a suite that was sapose to be a nice hotel, and that wasn't what we got, and there was no one trying to make any of these situations right definitely didn't have a problem taking and keeping all the money though can't see how this hotel will stay in business treating people this way.

Liked: No room cleaning if you don’t request it. But if you request it on a Sunday there is no cleaning staff. The lady forgot to put our room down for cleaning on Monday so we spend 4 days without any cleaning. Trashes were full and I had no where to put it. Swimming pool was not available either.

Liked: The breakfast was fine, but the lack of flavored coffee creamer was a disappointment.
Disliked: The floor in the elevator is a trip hazard. I nearly tripped because of the the loose flooring tiles.comfortable room
