Liked: The staff tried really hard to help us. We had an issue checking in they only received one room reservation instead of two. That took over an hour to resolve and we had just driven 5 hours to get here. We were really tired and did not want to have to deal with this, once again the staff was super polite and helpful. They moved us to a new room because the previous latch did not work in the bathroom nor the door. The new king room sink would not drain black stuff started to come up. We asked for a new room as we gave a baby and our family while we spoke to booking.com as they had to send them our full reservation again to get our second room. We waited for a while to get in contact with Booking and have this resolved. We did end up getting upgraded but the rooms were not fantastic they were just lightly cleaned it seemed like and something is definitely wrong with the water . It smells really awful. We will not be going again as it didn’t meet the 8.7 star review it says they have. We were not the only ones with issues others were also complaining about cleanliness and asking to be moved. If it was not for the staff we would have left even with paying almost $400 for one night. The elevator also pops and creeks its bowing depending on where you stand.
