Liked: Super friendly front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice large TV! Breakfast was exceptional and young lady greeted me with a good morning. I always appreciate a well trained and friendly staff!

Liked: Overall this day was very nice beds were very comfortable. The rooms was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing that I did not like was my check out at 12:00 pm and around 9:00 am I got a knock at the door. I was not up. The housekeeper did not give me time to get to the door before she had entered. She wanted to clean the room. I informed her my checkout time was not until noon. I felt that that was very inappropriate. She should have given me time to get to the door, or she should have checked downstairs to make sure that I had already checked out.

Liked: The place was clean and the bed slept great
Disliked: The guy at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. He got my number and told me that he would call me when my room was ready,but he didn't. I just happened to see other people go in the hotel and came back outside to get their luggage, so I decided to go back in, and the room was ready to check in .

Disliked: No one was at counter when I went to check in, I was waiting there over 15 mins when hostess finally came out of door to answer my phone that was ringing , may I suggest you may invest in a counter top bell .
