Come to Fredericksburg for great...
Liked: They were extremely accommodating. The staff was great! The breakfast reminded me more about Pandemic Era precautions, such as pre-packaged foods, but other than that, it was a wonderful experience!
Disliked: I would have appreciated a full and cooked up breakfast. Being in a German-influenced town, a nice German inspired breakfast would have been amazing! For nearly $300.00, I assumed a little higher-end.That should not detract from the excellent service provided by the staff. I would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Very clean, quiet, and up to date. I really liked this property. It is off the main thoroughfare, but just a few short minutes to historic downtown Fredericksburg.

Bad
Liked: We made our original reservation/booking with Booking.com. When we checked in at the property we were asked to pay again. We pointed out that the reservation was pre-paid through Booking.com and showed the printed email receipt for the exact/specific stay. We were then told, "oh, it's being charged again as a hold amount on our credit card and it will not show up as an actual charge on the card." Well, the next day it appeared, indeed, as a charge on our credit card. We called the hotel, explained what had happened, and was told, "oh, I can't deal with things like that. You'll have to talk to the manager." And, of course, the manager was not available but "would call us back quickly," After three days of repeated phone calls to the hotel, each getting the response "the manager is busy and will call us back," we realized the manager was never going to take our call or call us back -- never once did the hotel manager ever take our call or call us back. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and, happily, they cheerfully reversed the charge. These actions by the hotel, in my opinion, feel like outright theft.
Disliked: It would be nice for the hotel manager to display at least a minimal amount of courtesy and respect for customers.

Liked: They cleaned the hotel room every day without having to ask. Most hotels aren't doing that.
