Liked: The staff was amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease. Aside from the cleanliness which was exceptional my lasting impression was William the receptionist. William was so kind and welcoming and displayed excellent customer service, which isn’t seen much today!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to dislike our stay was very pleasant.

Liked: It was clean inside and in the rooms, quiet, and not busy! The staff was exceptional and friendly. Great experience overall and the price was perfect.
Disliked: Only thing we didn’t like was the cleanliness of the pool. It was really murky and my kids were really looking forward to it but we decided to play it safe and not let them go in.

Liked: Front desk officer William was really nice with his joyous mood and positive attitude. Check-in and checkout both were hassle free. Lady on the day of checkout was also nice. Morning buffet was as expected (minimalistic but had all that's needed for a great start of the day), buffet staff two ladies were nice, and the housekeeping ladies also were very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and neat. Fast wifi with 2 large TVs.
Disliked: I wish the bathtub was wider and shower had cold water option (even when opening slightest it gave hot water). Youtube on tv didn't work, probably because you run an ad blocker. Please check on that. Swimming pool water needs more cleaning and the indoor swimming pool would benefit from open windows for airflow during summer.
