Nice hotel but ask for...

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was typical hotel food. The jalapeño quiche were very good!
Disliked: There were noises like doors or cupboards closing all night in our room. The beds were comfortable but we slept terrible.

Disliked: Breakfast, comfortable rooms, cleanness and staff.

Liked: The grounds were clean. Aspen and the courtesy shuttle van driver were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: It was located in an off the beaten path position. There were not convenient restaurants and cooked dinner food located nearby.

Liked: Probably the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered. Everyone, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping, was exceptionally cheerful, kind, and helpful. That makes me think that management is doing an awesome job of hiring and making it a good place to work.
