Very nice, definitely will stay...

Liked: Very clean— everyone was so friendly. Especially VINCENT- he works at the front desk. Very helpful and felt like he really cared about us.
Disliked: The shower/tub— the floor of the shower was very slippery.

I was comfortable for the...

Liked: The staff was accommodating, and very energetic. The facilities were very clean, and the room and beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was 5 stars!
Disliked: The snack bar was a little pricey. The stay for one night was pretty high.

Liked: Easy access to arrived
Disliked: The front staff was always gone, check in took 15 mints ...just waiting on him to arrive to the front desk. AC was out and was switched to another room, well another 15 mints waiting for him to arrive to let him know that AC was not working. Please consider safety issues in front door or staff meets your requirements.

Decent, could be better

Liked: It's what you'd expect of a typical hotel experience. I was mostly satisfied with the complimentary breakfast since I got to make my own waffle.
Disliked: It seemed liked they were very under staffed. I arrived a bit before my check in time but they told me the room was already ready. While the room appeared to be clean it looked like it was put together in a hurry as I was missing towels and soap from the bathroom. I had to go down to the lobby and ask for them. The guy working the front desk grabbed some for me when another customer came down asking for more supplies for his room as well.I don't think I ever saw more than 2 employees the entire time I was there. Overall my stay was fine but there was certainly a lack of attention to detail when it came to customer service.
