Frustrating.

Liked: The property was nice and convenient
Disliked: They overbooked and apparently thats my problem not theirs. Not only did I have this reserved a couple weeks in advance, I got there and didnt even get what I had reserved. Then she went on to tell me that she was upgrading me because they had overbooked, however, the upgrade was definitely not an upgrade and it was super frustrating. If you get a king bed, there is a reason you want a king bed, upgrading me to a queen bed is simply not an upgrade. This was a very special occasion for us and to be told were getting a double queen room is super frustrating.
