Nice comfortable

Liked: Beds were comfortable and room cool when I arrived. Breakfast buffet was adequate. The hotel was very clean. Will definitely stay again next time I am in the area.

Liked: Madison the host was amazing. She was very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The air conditioning was out in the hallways which put a strain on the units in the rooms. It was set of 66 in the room while showing 73 degrees. It was a little too hot for me to stay comfortable while sleeping.

Disliked: We checked in after booking and paying on booking.com. We were told that we needed to pay a $20.00 refundable incidental fee with the card. She just said to insert my card and never told us the amount she was charging us.( the gentleman training the girl told us the amount was the $20. - he should have seen the charge while she ran the amount. We were then charged a full night's fee on our card and were not told about the $150 amount. I only found it when I checked my online bank account later that evening. The young girl in training then told me that it would be refunded and put back into my account within a few hours. That didn't happen. It takes 7 business days. When I called a for a supervisor this morning Justin answered and was raising his voice saying he was sorry( not a bit apologetic) but I should have understood the girl was in training and basically I should have understood it was the trainees fault and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for some form of compensation for the inconvenience but he said No he couldn't do anything. (Sorry is just a throw out blanket word, it doesn't fix my inconvenience or stress and it doesn't effect them, just me) So I'm out an extra night out in our trip and I don't have the extra budgeted money for spending and it's just my problem. I also didn't care for the people drinking beer in the lobby/kitchen or my hard bed. Save your money and yourself a headache stay at another hotel. They don't care if you leave a bad review.
