Liked: Management was no help in solving issue with my rewards account.
Disliked: I asked for assistance so I could add the stay to my account. The hotel staff did not seem to be interested in helping me. I had an old account that had not been used in a long time.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was amazing
Disliked: The water doesn't get very hott to shower

Liked: Great staff, location.
Disliked: House cleaning did not take used towels when they did clean the room. Cleaning seemed like a rush job.

Liked: The customer service was top notch! Room was clean.
Disliked: The pool temperature was cold. An the main TV in the room had discoloration in it.
