Excellent hotel, Will stay here...
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower! The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was really delicious, lots of variety.
Disliked: No complaints. We had a nice stay.

I would like a refund...

Disliked: Hello. I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my stay these last few days. This includes not only the hotel itself, but staff.First, it became nearly impossible for me to change my booking since I booked through booking.com (which I am messaging you on right now). I had to go back and forth several times to find someone to help me with my booking. The first time calling the hotel, the woman in the other line was EXTREMELY rude and I was beginning to feel uncomfortable. Second, it became apparent only on the day I checked in, that the hotel was undergoing renovation. Why would I have been told about this previously? Throughout my stay, there was consistent loud banging and other noises which made it impossible to sleep. When I called to ask what was happening, the receptionist simply said sorry, we’re doing Reno’s, nothing else. Third, I encountered a couple in the hallway who were upset as it seemed they had bed bugs. I was disgusted and honestly afraid to stay in my room.Fourth, on the morning I was leaving, the hotel decided it was a good time to test the fire alarms starting at 8:00 am. Many of us rushed out of our rooms while the receptionist who could have cared less, said the fire alarms were being tested. It seems as if staff at this property don’t have any empathy in the world.Last, not only did my tv stop working on Wednesday evening, but as I told the receptionist about the above mentioned, she simply shook her head and said sorry, there is nothing we can do as you booked with booking.com. I have used booking.com many times and have NEVER had an communication issues with the actualProperty. They property itself simply dismissed everything I was unhappy with and told me to contact booking.com, who in turn has told me to contact the property.I am demanding a refund as this was honestly the worst, most uncomfortable experience of my life.
