Liked: Well this happenedI booked this through BRING FidoSo this is a 2 part faultDrove 10 hours for there approx 7 pmI went in to check in myselfLeft everyone in carOk 2 rooms I get keyOh fyi I don’t hear that well but I know the woman at the counter was grumbling when she asked me for my Cc ( yes I was tired and probably looked cranky but oh yes my dear I heard your grumbling ( as did I return the non existent greeting )Ok I got keysWalked RIGHT PAST THEM to bring my dogs to the room with my familyWe settled in I walked the dogs outside again had to pass the front doorThen my hubby and I went down for tea approx 1015 pm or earlier we sat right across from front desk thenMiss sunshine came to tell us we had to leave because no dogs allowed on propertyWe were like huhMind you I booked through BRING FIDOBUT TO my surprise on bring Fido external links popped up I booked roomsAnd got a confirmation email through bookings with the BRING FIDO LOGOSO AT APPROX 1015 pm they made us leave hotelWe packed up AND THEY INSISTED we show them the dogs exiting the front doorAgain I had to call over here are the dogsBecause her and her co worker were again engaged in convo I won’t assume but it was trying to avoid eye contact with meAT NOT ONE POINT DID I YELLI said were are we going yo go ?

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Refrigerator didn’t work. Need it for medication
