Liked: Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in.

family trip to Wisconsin

Liked: The breakfast was really good, The rooms really nice, clean. It looks like after much conversations over the last week and a half they have refunded me for charging me 2 times for one of our rooms.
Disliked: I got charged 2 times for one of the rooms and it was difficult to get it straightened out. Not sure who was at fault. Booking.com or the hotel.

Liked: The hotel was great, I would stay again. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast had a number of choices and all good.
Disliked: we stayed on the third floor so a little noise from the room above in the morning.
