Amazing front desk clerk! Great...
Liked: Checked in on 4/28 , stayed for 1 night. Ms.Deanna the lady who checked us in was extremely helpful & very polite. Hotel was in perfect distance for our Doc Appt. As well the Hotel was in a great location for restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The only problem that I had with the property is that the ice machines were down as well, there was a roach in the room.

Great location, good value, and...
Liked: The breakfast was great! Well stocked with hot food hot, and a mix of cold cereal and breads. Many beverage options. And waffles! The staff were very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: No microwave in the room. The bar was only open from 6-9pm.

It needs work!
Liked: The breakfast. The big pillows.
Disliked: Poor maintenance issues. My sink wouldn't drain. The iron didn't work. The telephone didn't work. The hair dryer had issues. On day 3, no cleaning even after asking the maid next door, and the front desk.

We would highly recommend this...
Liked: The breakfast included more excellent items than we usually see...multi-items to add to oatmeal/cereal such as Pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, granola, walnut halves, brown sugar, etc.there is a Gazebo next to the parking lot overlooking a Geyser Water spray ...excellent place to reflect/relax after travel.

Disliked: We never stayed. We we're out majority of the day for planned events. Room was not clean when first arrived. I, myself cleaned the shower after reporting it the front desk. Right after we left for plan events. Arrive back around 3:30am. We went up to our room to get relax. My wife pulled back the cover and the bed was covered with what appears to be dog hair and there were several stains on the sheets and pillow cases. After inspecting thr room, there spider webs and dust throughout. It was obvious that the room wasn't clean and we couldn't stay there. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund. William did apologize, but Elijah looked at his watch ad if it was to a problem. I asked for a receipt, but William said that I would be charged if he checked me out at this point. I ask for there their names and for the manager to call me. We left the hotel. Around 6am, what I thought was a credit back to my account was actually a bill. The following Tuesday, I called thr hotel about the credit. I told the gentleman that I was waiting on an credit due to an incident from Saturday. He never ask what happened, bur it took 8 days for the credit. He never asked what happened at all and this was Aaron Black, the GM. I called back in 10 days about my credit. Spoke to Aaron Black again and he said it's been 12 days and he was just hearing about this. He said he'll talk to his employees and make a decision. I told him I had pictures and a video of the room. He was going ro send me a email asking for them, but he never contacted me. My issue is this, you charged me and I didn't stay, too many issues with the room. Never offered another room on thr first issue, refused to give a receipt and never follow through on a customer's complaint. He basically said I booked the room through a third party, so it wasn't not his issue at this point in time. The issue would be sent him anyway to resolved. HE LIED AND TOOK MY MONEY.
