Disliked: Front desk check in clerk wasn't very friendly, impression I got was, she wasn't focused on a warm friendly greeting almost as if she wasn't in the room. Next morning she checked us out, no smile, didn't ask if our stay was pleasant, no "thank you" or "enjoy your day". She needs to work on her hospitality, a smile, any friendly gesture to greet customers to make them feel welcome.

Liked: The property was very well kept and cleaned.
Disliked: The staff were very rude not the front desk black lady but the lady who did the breakfast was rude me and my significant other said good morning to her and she said nothing. Went on to speak to Two other ppl first that came directly after us. Watched us the whole time while we got breakfast. The pool guy alsoWasRude stated it was a sign on the pool door saying no entry when I watched a staff member put it on the door while me and my kids were inside the pool area swimming. So the stay in my opinion outside the room made me very uncomfortable.
