Liked: Close proximity to the airport.
Disliked: It needs to be renovated. The carpets are stained. The breakfast area needs to be renovated with new tables and chairs. The food was not up to standard. Brown bananas that were spoiled.

This is where I would...
Liked: We came to this hotel after leaving another one in walking distance that was awful. We checked in late at night but received good service from the front desk. We were relieved that the hotel was clean and smelled fine. We used the pool in the morning before we checked out and that was a nice feature. There were no towels in the pool area but we did find someone to remedy that. What we liked best was the clean, quiet, comfortable room.
Disliked: The breakfast was underwhelming. They touted having fresh fruit but there was no fruit at all. There were toppings that seemed to be for yogurt but there was no yogurt. The staff member who was tending the breakfast area seemed to have an eye on the clock and a bit of stinginess with setting food out. The second that breakfast was over, she had everything pulled and there was nothing accessible. It felt like the BIG BROTHER of BREAKFAST was watching like a hawk. Not very relaxing way to start the morning. BUT, my main priority for hotels is clean & safe and courteous and that was my overall experience.

Disliked: The check in. We booked and paid through Booking.com website in May. The clerk advised the Mastercard on file was denied. I explained I paid via AX. She then said it was the Mastercard given by Booking.com for the reservation. She would not give us a room until it was resolved. I said that’s between you and Booking.com as I paid them and you showed our reservation. After I tried to contact Booking.com through chat and text, 30 minutes later the clerk gave us a room. I don’t know how it was resolved but it wasn’t anything I could do about it. If this is a problem with Booking.com you should have a solution or not allow your property in their system.

Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was terrible. My friend told me that the Hot tub was cold.
