The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The room and hotel was clean/nice. They need to update the data online indicating you have to pay for parking and not indicate it included free parking.

Liked: There was lots of room to sit, and the bathroom was huge. The beds were comfortable, and with two TVs, there were no arguments about what to watch.
Disliked: We had no control over the thermostat (low battery) and limited channels on the TV (I have Netflix and Amazon Prime, but it would not let me log in without creating a new account). Part of my family stayed at the hotel next door, and it would have been nice to have easier access between the two hotels (my mom, who had knee surgery, had to walk around the hotel to get from their car to the entrance.

Disliked: I booked this hotel by mistake. I was in Philadelphia looking for a hotel by the Wells Fargo Centre unfortunately there is a Wells Fargo Arena on the other side of the US. This hotel was requested 5minutes later to return the money for the booking by myself and Booking.com but they like me didn’t even get a response

Excellent location and great breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast selection was good and offered a selection that everyone would be able to find something tasty to eat. Rooms were superior and very clean. Hotel location is right near the city and very convenient right next to the conference center.
Disliked: Umm, not much to add here, except I noticed on my bill that there is now a $20.00 charge for parking. This would have been good to know prior to checking into the hotel from a transparency point of view.
