Looks nice, but smell was...

Disliked: The room had a bad smell. We finally discovered it was coming from the drain in the bathtub. When we called the front desk to report it, they sent up some Febreeze to mask the smell. We noticed many housekeepers with bottles of this spray on their carts and other guests with the bottles walking in the hallway. This is NOT a solution to a drain smell. When we didn't stay the 2nd night, we were not offered a refund or discount.

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the room was very clean—which I appreciated—that’s where the positives ended. The air conditioning was broken, and with no fans available and windows that didn’t open, the room quickly became uncomfortably warm and stuffy.The beds were rock hard, making it difficult to sleep, and the hot tub was so hot it was unusable. Breakfast was another disappointment, as it started too late on the weekend for me to take advantage of it before heading out.The most frustrating part of my stay was dealing with management. I was reassured on two separate occasions that my room would be refunded due to the issues I experienced, but that refund never came through. The front desk staff was courteous, but management failed to follow through on their word.Overall, the lack of comfort and poor follow-up from management left me very disappointed with my stay. I will not be returning.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room. Hot tub was good but too much chlorine and too hot. Great space, decent breakfast. Very good location and very clean.

Liked: Desk clerk was welcoming and gave info on pool and breakfast times.
Disliked: The price was alot considering we did not check in until 8 pm. We were traveling back home and decided to stay as we were tired
