Great facility and staff, just...

Liked: Clean, well maintained, friendly staff responsive to needs, well kept breakfast buffet with good variety. Especially like the room layout for suite, with grandson using sofa bed. Very nice facility overall.
Disliked: Nothing wrong except walls might need better soundproofing. But who would expect severalguests in room next door to be partying at 1:00 am? Staff quickly got them to turn off music, but they kept talking and laughing loudly and had to be told again.

Disappointed and will not return....

Liked: location fine. clean, nice staff.
Disliked: Bed was awful and uncomfortable. That is an important element in a hotel stay. The breakfast was cheap and boring.The ham and sauges offerings were hard and tasteless. Fruit .....just cheap apples and small oranges.

Best hotel for hospital visiting

Liked: Great location, next to hospital! Staff was great, especially the night shift.

Liked: This is my favorite hotel - beautiful and clean. Large shower with nice shampoo - good bed, fancy TV. No issues with noise. Phenomenal breakfast options.
Disliked: No complaints!

Disliked: Advertised as full breakfast but, powered eggs and bacon or sausage. Some days this was not available. Seemed more like a continental breakfast. Weekend worker seemed stressed and angry.
