Friendly staff; good location; free breakfast. Booked this for after a concert - it filled the bill nicely.

Great value for an above...

Liked: Love the location, staff was friendly and courteous, a hot breakfast was nice, good mattress, liked the ability to log on to my personal Netflix account. Felt clean and safe.
Disliked: I didn't use the Wifi because I had to give personal email and other personal information to use it. I didn't want to be inundated with promotional emails from Marriott. I also have a hard time sleeping on hotel pillows. They are always too soft. I'd really like the option of requesting a memory foam pillow like I use at home. It was a bit noisy and you had to go to the lobby to get ice.

Liked: Inside seemed to be much better condition than outside (mostly the road/driveway). Neat and clean inside. Employees during week were much friendly and nice than weekend crew!! Weekend front desk never even said hello. Weird.

Liked: The room was comfortable. The TV had great picture and the staff was super nice and helpful.
Disliked: The pool was cold the entire 4 hours we stayed in it. Other than that, I loved the property!

Disliked: I had booked a room with a couch and didn't get the room I booked. I had tried to extend my stay but couldn't so I had to rebook. The 2 young men that worked the mid and night shift were amazing. However the manager of the property or how she put it "she the boss" was extremely rude. When I approached the desk and started speaking to her she kept her face in the computer making no eye contact. When she looked up and did make eye contact she stood up from her chair, hand on her hip and her tone changed, her facial expressions showed how judgemental she was being with me. I asked he what the total would be on the new room I booked and she says " go ahead and put your card on and the total will come up after you insert your card." I told her "that would be a No. Why can't you give me my total.?" My total on line was $311 for 5 days. She informed me my total was $561.I said and why is that? She immediately responded " there is a $50 a day deposit " Thinking to myself there is no way that's right... and it sure wasn't. I will NEVER stay at this property again.
