I needed a large king...

Disliked: I needed a large king size handicap room and the room was small. I booked the hotel room on booking.com, paid for the 4 nights before check in and when I checked in and went to the room, it was then I realized how small the room was and according to the room pictures on the internet, it showed a recliner in the room which I desperately needed after just having full knee replacement surgery several days prior to check in. I asked the girl at the desk if I could transfer my reservation to a different hotel associated with Marriott because I needed a recliner for post knee replacement surgery. The girl said up I had to stay the full time of the reservation and I was denied a refund. HOW WRONG IS THAT. CORPORATE GREED.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: My room was not serviced . On the evening of the third day I had to go to the desk to get clean towels.. The desk clerk was helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. The chair in the room was very uncomfortable.

Liked: I thought it was good for the most part the bagels are kind of dry, and the oatmeal was either running or too thick but everything else was great
Disliked: The bathtub plug did not work and the hot tub was not working
