Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: My room was not serviced . On the evening of the third day I had to go to the desk to get clean towels.. The desk clerk was helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. The chair in the room was very uncomfortable.

Liked: I thought it was good for the most part the bagels are kind of dry, and the oatmeal was either running or too thick but everything else was great
Disliked: The bathtub plug did not work and the hot tub was not working

Terrible, we left early and...

Disliked: The mattress was old and worn out. There were ants all over the dressers. The shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly. The air conditioner for the room was broke.

Liked: Rooms are clean and comfortable, great effort on the breakfast without having a full kitchen. Staff are all friendly, accommodating, and professional.
Disliked: Beds are slightly too soft, but I'll take that over too firm.
