Liked: Front desk helper was kind and did her best to try and fix the problem.
Disliked: We booked a stay here and, upon arrival, discovered there was a busted toilet in our room. The front desk attempted to resolve the issue because we were not eligible for a refund. After an hour, I went back up and it was still busted. We were told that only a refund could be issued by the manager, who would not be in until the next day. There were no more rooms, so we had to leave at 9 pm and find another hotel. The next day we had to take time out to get in touch with the manager who assured us we would receive a refund and points for the inconvenience. Its been weeks and still no refund.

Disliked: The amount of riffraff people wondering was a lot.

Disliked: The hotel is dirty and old. The room we were given was smoky. We had to waste time and change the room. The bathroom is in terrible condition and this is the first hotel where I took a shower in Crocs. The bed is stained. The breakfast is terrible. This is the first time we have spent the night in such a terrible hotel by Marriott. It feels like this is a terrible replica and not the original. I was surprised by the number of good reviews about this hotel.
