Liked: We booked because of the pool and hot tub, which was clean and fun. Also, the breakfast was very good with a lot of selection.
Disliked: Bathtub was broken. The bottom was peeling off. It needed to be replaced. Older hotel that needs some TLC.

Liked: Hospitality from the front desk. Lots of stores nearby.
Disliked: It was dirty. The tub was peeling its white coating.The elevator and most of the hallway we walked through during that time was dirty.

Liked: Front desk helper was kind and did her best to try and fix the problem.
Disliked: We booked a stay here and, upon arrival, discovered there was a busted toilet in our room. The front desk attempted to resolve the issue because we were not eligible for a refund. After an hour, I went back up and it was still busted. We were told that only a refund could be issued by the manager, who would not be in until the next day. There were no more rooms, so we had to leave at 9 pm and find another hotel. The next day we had to take time out to get in touch with the manager who assured us we would receive a refund and points for the inconvenience. Its been weeks and still no refund.

Disliked: Bed’s uncomfortable. Room was cramped. Very outdated.
