Honestly really good - location,...
Liked: Location is great, not too far from the airport, close to the shops and restaurants, yet on the side - really quiet at night.Staff was brilliant- especially lady at the breakfast- i think her name was Margerin(?) - so sorry if I got the spelling wrong! Really sweat lady who made everyone feel like at home with her amazing and welcoming approach.Clean rooms, excellent breakfast with really good choice and coffee available at the front desk 24/7 - with no extra charge!
Disliked: Couldn’t fully close the curtains - this should be looked at to give everyone their sense of privacy - especially at the hotel/motel.

Disliked: I wish the staff could have kept up with housekeeping. During our 6 night stay not once did we come back to a clean, made room. Had to ask for fresh linen and towels myself at the front desk.

Liked: Nothing at all this turnaround
Disliked: Well I could not get checked into my room the girl at the front desk canceled my reservation out of the computer completely then wanted me to pay more money so I sat at your front desk for about 5 hours and had to go to work in 35 more minutes after that just got off at 4-Hour Air flight so was not too happy

Nice but loud staff at...
Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The front desk staff was vacuuming the hall and front desk area at 10pm. Since my room was near, it woke me up and kept me up while she vacuumed. Then she started talking loudly in the hallway and it continued until I called and complained.

Liked: Nothing. They were not accommodating. Within 10 minutes of noticing that regardless of searching for the Southlands location, their website had booked me for their Aurora/Denver location. They refused to process a refund or allocate the funds to their other location due to the error and stopped responding. It appears that there only response was AI generated, as I just kept getting the same message again and again. A person never called me back or emailed me back.
