Liked: Spacious clean room with comfortable bed and the staff was very kind and helpful. Flo was exceptional, thank you again for all your fabulous help!

Ok but get a softer...

Liked: It was clean and we parked in a gated lot.
Disliked: The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. When we left, the gates lot we parked in wasn’t locked and anyone could have gone in and messed with vehicles.

Worst experience at a hotel....

Disliked: For starters the hotel is trash. As soon as you get out of your car there are people asking you for money and when you tell the front desk they blow it off. The front desk was fairly uneducated on how to check us in with the rooms being prepaid on booking.com. The rooms were filthy!! No bags in the trash cans, there were brown stains on the walls and some kind of pile up of god knows what on the floor. Not to mention the “complimentary breakfast” was disgusting. You could tell it was reheated over and over. While we were in the dining area a homeless person banged on the door trying to come in for free food. We will never stay there again!! Absolutely disgraceful
