We need a price adjustment...

Liked: Atmosphere was very nice, but that's about it.
Disliked: Toilet kept flushing repeatedly, causing a change of rooms. Refrigerator in new room didn't work. Sink water was "split" into 2 streams. Pool water was cold! Plugs on lamps at bedside didn't work.

Liked: Nancy was amazing and so so personal!The young guy checking us in was the same!Your staff is Excellent !!!
Disliked: I didn’t like seeing the mold in the bathroom and felt rooms were outdated need to be upgraded!I did not appreciate the tree guys outside my window in the morning!

Convenient, clean, and pleasant hotel...

Liked: Good breakfast bar, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great location.
Disliked: The water in the bathroom is extremely soft, so much so that it takes a long time to rinse it off in the shower.

A nice place to stay...

Liked: It was conveniently located and very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was quite good and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The closet was rather small which could have been a problem if we’d been staying longer or had winter coats. Be aware that they charge a small parking fee, even though it’s in a suburban area with plenty of space.
