Poor value for the money—for...

Liked: Location—it was directly in the path of the totality of the eclipse. Restaurants were close by. Quick drive from DFW.
Disliked: No soap in the rooms! The fitness room was out of towels and not restocked. Fitness room was dirty. Convenience shop was picked over. They ran out of some food at breakfast. Prices were gouging because of the eclipse—over $300/night.

Won’t stay here again.

Disliked: Shows it has a hot tub in every picture, booking.com AND the company website but it had been taken out over two years ago. The ONLY reason I chose that location was because of the indoor hot tub that doesn’t exist. Very disappointed.

Liked: Location was great. From desk clerk to maids service is great . Friendly caring staff .great room clean . Staff go out the way to make sure you have a great stay . Highly recommend this hotel

An excellent stay all around....

Liked: It was the perfect location for where we were visiting. The hotel is on what is called the restaurant road in Mesquite. With many restaurants to choose from in less than a 3 mile radius. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast area was nice with coffee and light breakfast items every morning. Easy to get to and away from. We enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely be going back here.
Disliked: It was all good no issues at all!

Disappointing

Disliked: The bathtub was rusted and the room was shabby. The lampshades had holes in them and the bathroom fixtures were peeling. I was told that the room had a microwave and it did not. The hotel ran out of breakfast buffet food during the stay. The lady who runs the buffet was very rude as well as condescending each morning.
