Liked: Our smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Called the front desk and she blames a hot shower. My daughter didn’t even shower hot water. It was warm. She didn’t seem concern or caring that it was going off in the middle of the night and even not trying to help us. Inform me that she can get someone to come look at it but it will take a while for someone to come to our room in the middle of the night. The ac I. The room seems to not get cold. So glad it was only one night stay. Will not stay here again when we’re in town!

Liked: The building was not clean and floors in room was dirty pillowcases was dirty and just didnt feel clean
Disliked: only that they had a shuttle if needed

The price wasn’t worth it!

Liked: The location was good. Close to the airport.
Disliked: Very outdated decor. We were put in a room next to the storage room which was making that much noise it was impossible to sleep. They moved us to another room that was slightly better. Nothing left at the breakfast in the morning and the one staff refilling up was just on her phone the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
