Liked: Jamie in the front desk area was very friendly and let us check in early. Clean facility, had a great stay

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: Very convenient and comfortable to a point. The bed was was not that comfortable and luckily I brought my own shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap. All 3 items were empty in the shower.
Disliked: Went out to eat breakfast due to the food being plain. Probably had bad timing also because there were a lot of younger kids eating breakfast.

Liked: The location and the breakfast was good
Disliked: I wanted to change my booking and arrive a day earlier and they were not able to do that since I booked through booking.com. my room was never cleaned once. Only one ice machine on the third floor. I didn't have a bar if soap and was able to get one from the room service cart in the elevator I was sharing with
