Exceptional

Disappointing

Liked: The location and the breakfast was good
Disliked: I wanted to change my booking and arrive a day earlier and they were not able to do that since I booked through booking.com. my room was never cleaned once. Only one ice machine on the third floor. I didn't have a bar if soap and was able to get one from the room service cart in the elevator I was sharing with

The best hotel in Corpus...

Liked: I love everything about this hotel! It’s one of the best in Corpus Cristi. I always stay in this hotel when I have a vacation . It’s clean, the beds are super comfy, the breakfast is delicious and has many options. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The ice maker machine was not working.

Not a bad experience overall

Liked: staff was friendly and location was easy to access. Good shower head in shower. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I've stayed at many Fairfield inn s across the nation. This one was not as clean as the others and had a moldy smell in our room bad. The carpet was filthy in our room as well. Just not up to the same standards as other Fairfield inns.

Disliked: This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed there that when I arrived I had to wipe down the end tables by the bed because they were sticky. When I went to their continental breakfast it smelled rotten in there and I couldn’t eat with the smell. That hotel is going downhill with them not taking care of it like they used to.
