Decent place to stay

Liked: The facility is nice and clean. The staff is pretty friendly.
Disliked: The rooms are starting to show wear and tear. The breakfast wasn't good and if you have a room on the backside of the hotel, the noise from the highway will keep you up if you aren't a heavy sleeper.

Rude and unhelpful staff, unhygienic...

Disliked: Staff were rude and they charged us for our room once we got there despite showing them that the money for the room had come out of our bank and had a receipt from booking.com proving that two rooms were booked and prepaid. Very unprofessional for a business trip.

Not a good stay

Liked: Toilet did not work in room, no one fixed it wanted to charge me $100 to move to another room.
Disliked: Any kind of service or help.

Convenient and acceptable

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Not many options and it was difficult to find utensils, cups, and napkins.
Disliked: The carpet felt damp in the room and the AC was extremely noisy.
