Too many missed opportunities to...

Liked: The staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The pool was closed everyday I was at the hotel. I specifically selected this hotel due to having an indoor pool. I had kids on spring break who were unable to enjoy themselves each day due to the pool being down every day until late evening. Also, I was not informed I needed to request my room to be cleaned each day. I only had room service 1 day.

Clean your bathroom better

Liked: Staff location
Disliked: The bathroom shower curtain was disgusting, nasty. The wall of the bathroom had chipped paint .
