take just a little more

Disliked: after spending around $170 per night for a bed, I see you charged me another $10.00 just for a parking spot, not very big, just a jeep. everybody talks about how much they care, but you don't care to add parking fee in a lot about 1/3 full

Excellent value for the money....

Liked: Breakfast was great except that the juice machine was not working and no substitutions were made.All personnel was super friendly and had great customer service skills.
Disliked: I couldn’t sleep. The noise from the traffic next to the hotel was super loud.You need better insulation and/or storm grade windows.

It was decent not the...

Liked: The cleanliness of the lobby
Disliked: The housekeeper never restocked our tissues or took the trash out or wiped anything down. They would just come in and remake the bed each day that was it.

meh

Liked: breakfast was good. room was super nice and clean.
Disliked: check in was a total hassle. lady wasnt nice about my booking . com reservation and made me call and talk with an AI operator for 30 mins in the lobby only to fondniut i got double charged and cant be refunded.

Very good

Liked: Room was very nice and clean. Staff was nice. Location was easy to get in and out of.
Disliked: Rate for room was a little overpriced probably due to concert being so close by but overall was ok.
