Awesome is an understatement

Liked: Karen, Liz the manager, John and Gabe (the boy driving us around in the shuttle - forgot the other kids name) were awesome.Karen had a super longgggg day but she was always there with a big smile always happy to help. She should be a trainer at the hotel.Housekeeping was also great.
Disliked: The slow elevators.

My stay was awesome! My...

Liked: I loved the area!! Very close to the beaches & to top it off..THE SHUTTLE BUS WILL DROP YOU OFF & PICK YOU UP!
Disliked: Only one elevator was working.

Very good

Liked: Great hotel with great staff. Clean and very close to the beach.The trolley stops right in front of it
Disliked: Pretty basic breakfast.The pool is pretty small and it is not really an option for little kids.

Very good

Liked: The location was great and the shuttle and valet team was amazing and very handy.
Disliked: I disliked not having the room serviced daily. It left us without clean towels and the room feeling disheveled. We also were disappointed the waffle machine wasn't available each morning.
