Very good
Liked: close to the university

Would Stay Here Again
Liked: I was initially concerned about the location, never having been Cincinnati. I realized we were located with the University of Cincinnati and the area was actually very walkable.
Disliked: The bed pillow was so flat, hard, and uncomfortable that I woke up with a headache and neck discomfort. The pillow negatively affected the quality of my sleep.

Great hotel in the heart...
Liked: The room was spacious and beautiful with a better-than-expected bathroom with great amenities. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The lobby area is nice; overall, the hotel was very clean and quiet. I am impressed.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little too healthy when you might like some indulgences on a vacation away but not really a complaint.

Very Nice Hotel, Interesting Parking...
Liked: Great location by the university, lots of places to eat within walking distance (like literally right outside the entrance is Raising Canes, and that chicken hit the spot when we needed a late night snack), very modern and clean. It is also close to the Hard Rock Casino, which is where we were going for the night.
Disliked: The parking is a little weird. People staying at the hotel park in the parking garage around the corner from the main entrance (take a left in McMillan), and use the second floor and up to park.We had to call them to figure out where to park, and it took us forever to find the direct line to the hotel (Booking, that might be a nice addition to your app - we finally found it buried in another reservation web site). Then when we checked in, we paid $12 to park that covered our whole time there (1 day). The front desk gives you two little stickers for the parking tickets you get from the garage (if you are coming and going a lot, they said you could come back to the front desk for more tickets). If you leave, you scan the code on the ticket first, and then scan the code on one of the stickers they gave you, and the garage lets you out without paying the garage fee. So it isn't the most convenient of situations, but we got the hang of it, and it wasn't too bad. I wanted to list all this to help at least one other person with the parking, because it is an all-around good hotel - they just need to make the parking situation a lot more clear for guests prior to arrival . One final thing - the mattress was nice, but the pillows were deceiving - they LOOKED nice and fluffy, but they collapse when you lay on them..If we come again, I'm bringing my own, because I did NOT sleep well at all, and my neck was killing me.
